Lift isn't working. And there is nothing to indicate this as you enter. Can't believe I paid $30 for 50 minutes to use 5 flights of stairs with a walking stick. Not to mention, the pay station doesn't work either. Rake in the money and don't bother fixing anything. At least put up some signs. Want my money back!

They recently changed how they charge for UTS people, and this caused a significantly larger bill than it should have been. Went through their resolution process and they were unsympathetic. I get it, from their perspective consumers don't pay attention to brand, or reviews, when choosing car parks. And they're a large organization that moves a certain way. But I cannot help but feel the attitude is similar to how taxi companies behaved before consumers had any other alternatives. Basically, they know you need them more than they need you, and so they have no interest in being kind to their customers. It is what is it, but if the world changes like it did for taxis, then I'll have as much sympathy for them as I do for any company that completely takes it's customers for granted. I do not expect this review to matter to them, or to lead to any improvement in behavior.

We always park here for the HIFI SHOW typically held in April next door at the hotel. We arrive mid afternoon and stay till nearly midnight most years. On average its about $27 to park here at this time (Saturday afternoon and evening till late). It's convenient to where we need to go, and you can't get any closer to the hotel! Less one star because spaces are tight and sometimes it can take a while to find a park, and depending on where you end up it can be confusing to get to the levels you're looking for in the lifts. You need to get in the correct lifts for the level you are on as one time we ended up on a level without a lift and the lift we found was different to the main lifts (we used stairs and started walking down levels till we found a lift) and we had a bit of an issue finding our vehicle on our return 🤭 we're still not sure quite what we did that particular year but eventually we found the car.... this year we managed a spot right outside the lift and it couldn't have been easier 😄

Amazing views of the city, walking distance to power house museum, China Town and darling harbour, staff is so nice and friendly, will definitely be back

Amazing location and genuinely reasonable price though finding a spot could be made easier with free spaces indicator. There is. Tesla Destination charger that remains occupied most of the time by wrongly parked cars. Maybe better signage/ warning and bollards could help.
