Sydney is in New South Wales, on Australia's east coast, where summers are warm and humid, winters are mild and businesses keep to standard hours year-round with the usual public-holiday changes. Australian addresses list the street number, suburb, state abbreviation and postcode, and Sydney follows the same pattern; a number like 2/411 means unit 2 at number 411. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

To Min Wu: I had two consultations with this GP over two consecutive days. The first was a standard consultation, and the second was a long consultation that I specifically booked after being advised to return so that we could properly address my ongoing health concerns. To be fair, the consultations did result in a treatment plan. I was prescribed medication for weight management, referred to a dietitian, and given referrals for further investigations. I appreciate that these issues were ultimately addressed. However, I found the communication style throughout both consultations disappointing. During my first visit, I arrived early for my appointment but was seen well after my scheduled time because the clinic was running behind. I completely understand that delays happen in general practice, and I did not complain or question the wait. However, when it came to my own consultation, I often felt rushed and interrupted while trying to explain my medical history. I was asked to book a long consultation if I wanted to discuss my concerns properly, so I returned the following day and specifically booked a long appointment. I came prepared to discuss three main issues: my persistent

I’ve been visiting World Square Medical Centre since 2016, and Dr. Elsa has been my GP ever since. She is always kind, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. During every appointment, she takes the time to listen carefully, explains everything clearly, and never makes me feel rushed. Her compassionate approach always makes me feel comfortable and well cared for. Today I had my regular health check-up, and once again received excellent care. I’m truly grateful to have such a wonderful doctor and highly recommend Dr. Elsa and the team at World Square Medical Centre.

If I could give lass then one star I would . I flew in from Melbourne on Friday, 19 June and as soon as I got off the plane I had an intense migraine and was throwing up for 14 hours straight. I walked over to the clinic and I asked to see a doctor and the receptionist said they were fully booked. . I understand if you’re fully booked, but I told her my symptoms and she didn’t even run it by her. Doctor. It is a duty of care both by her and the doctor to see me. I thought I was going to have an aneurysm. That’s how intense my migraine was.. I went back to the hotel room settled in and called Nurse On Call in Sydney and they were fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They transferred me to a doctor and very promptly called to ask questions about my symptoms and send me an E script. They were even kind enough to call me back and see how I felt in a couple of hours.. The telehealth doctor was lovely. He wrote a report and sent it to the hospital. In case my headache got worse and I needed to be admitted to hospital. They classed it as an emergency care patient and your doctors and receptionist would not even give me the time of the day when I couldn’t even keep my eyes op

The medical centre staffs are great and helpful. One of the senior Gps service is dissapointing. I first asked for a vit d count on my blood test. She didnt put it in with no explanation what soever. When I was there for my blood result test. She just told Me everything was okay. Not even trying to go through the result. The session ended in less than 5 mins

One of the worst GPs i have visited in sydney for thr past 24 years. The doctor was literally spending 5 min with me, but more like not interested in symptoms I have explained. Went elsewhere got way better insight of my symptoms.
