I visited the store yesterday to get a quote for fixing my tangled necklace. The lady who assisted me was incredibly kind and patient. She carefully helped detangle it and even removed the hair caught in the chain, all free of charge. I really appreciated her generosity, especially since I didn’t end up making a purchase at the time as I was in a rush. Such thoughtful service definitely leaves a lasting impression—I’ll be back another day to shop with you!

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I have never received such terrible service in my life. Took my gold chain necklace to be repaired, received back a different chain which broke as soon as I left the store. I went back in to talk to the jeweler and he started yelling at me immediately saying it "wasn't his fault" (also mentioned in other reviews so must be a common excuse). I am 100% certain this chain is not the one I left with them to repair. It is a different style the clasp doesn't fit through the chain to do up. It's also discoloured in areas and is longer than when I left it! Honestly the worst experience ever. Wish I had read the other reviews before I left my precious jewellery to be destroyed by this store. If you do not have the skill set to repair a gold necklace (he said he doesn't normally repair gold when I complained) then why you would take a gold necklace to repair in the first place is BEYOND me!

Always a friendly service no matter how small or big the sale is. Have met different people in the shop and they put the same time and effort in when I was buying a cheap necklace as they did when I was getting my engagement ring made. Good quality products and fine workmanship.

I would rate this a 0 star actually. I wish I had read reviews here or on their Facebook account... I took a pendant with a loose gem to be reset. I picked up the repaired pendant, got home, tried it on and the stone just fell out (luckily I was able to find it). The stone was actually much looser that when I took it in in the first place. I went back to the store and the owner was pretty ungracious. He told me it was not his fault, that the pendant had been badly set in the first place (which hadn't stopped him from charging me for the repair). I did get my money back, but no apology or sense that he cared at all. Probably the poorest customer service experience ever.
