Recently, when my glasses broke due to personal circumstances, I returned to them for assistance. John went above and beyond, providing exceptional support and ensuring the glasses were repaired to the highest standard. I had an excellent experience with John and the team. I brought in my AI glasses to have the prescription lenses replaced. During the process, John honestly informed me that a small amount of chemical had accidentally affected the frame. Instead of hiding the issue, he was completely transparent and took responsibility for it. What impressed me most was his commitment to customer satisfaction. The team replaced the frame with a brand-new one while also returning my original glasses, which meant I ended up with both the original and a new pair. This level of service exceeded my expectations. John’s honesty, professionalism, and dedication to making things right truly stand out. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days. Had a great experience at 1001 Optometry in Hurstville Westfield. John really knew his stuff and took the time to explain everything clearly without making it feel rushed. Great service, staff were nice and friendly. Had my eye test done by Annie. She was great, kind and gave me a clear explanation on the current status of my eyesight. Just picked up my new spectacle today , it fits perfectly and I like the fact that it’s an everyday wear so I don’t have to keep carrying multiple glasses for different functions. Will be back for my contact lenses.

I had a great experience at 1001 Optometry. From the moment I walked in, all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made the whole visit very comfortable. A special thank you to optician Annie, who provided outstanding service. She clearly explained my eye test results in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I felt confident about my vision and treatment.
