Today I walked into the store wanting to fix my son’s glasses that were not store bought from them. Violet, the staff member who served me was very polite and professional from the get go. She fixed my son’s glasses without charging me a fee. She provided me a service free of charge. And I’m extremely grateful.

The best optom store that I've ever been to. I needed emergency glasses and was recommended Owndays from an optometrist friend. Jermyn was incredibly thorough and I was so surprised by the quality of care here. I spoke to him on the phone and he took his time explaining everything. I've only ever been to big chain stores, but this is on a whole other level. May was lovely, and was incredibly flexible because I needed to get back to work. I got my glasses within the hour. The prices are extremely competitive and reasonable... in fact,I was actually expecting to pay a lot more for the quality of the service. I will be recommending this store to all of my family members and friends.

We are very grateful to German and his team at Owndays Hurstville. This isn’t our first visit, and every time the service has been consistently outstanding. They are always kind, patient, and genuinely sincere. This visit was especially meaningful as it was our daughter’s first experience wearing glasses. As a parent, I had many concerns and questions, but German took the time to address each one with great patience and care. Thank you again—we truly appreciate your support and will definitely return for our future optical needs.

I would like to compliment the team at Ownsday for their wonderful service. Mey and Violet were incredibly friendly and attentive, and they gave me excellent suggestions when I was choosing my glasses. The optometrist, Jermyn, was also very thorough with the eye examination and provided great advice on how to relieve dryness when wearing glasses. Overall, I had a fantastic experience, and I truly appreciate their professional and thoughtful service. If the CEO happens to see this message, please make sure to give them a raise — they truly deserve it!

Absolutely amazing service! Jermyn and Maye were exceptional.. such kind and beautiful people who truly looked after both me and my mums order. Our glasses turned out perfect, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. We felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great quality and heartfelt service!
