Excellent service! Kevin was incredibly helpful and quickly fixed my glasses. Everyone at the shop was friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated that Kevin was bilingual—it made the whole experience even easier. The repair was done fast, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I went back to 1001 after 5 years. The team was amazing! Tim was professional and well-mannered in helping me find the right lens for everyday reading and work focus. The Korean manager or owner has also helped me adjust my frames so that the glasses would not fall off and made sure they would fit me perfectly. I am satisfied with the product and customer service I received. Thank you!

Yixin has been incredibly warm, patient, and kind throughout our visit. She took so much care in helping us choose our glasses and made the whole experience feel relaxed, comfortable, and special. We truly enjoyed our time shopping here, and the genuine care and beautiful customer service made such a positive difference. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed and looked after. I have been coming to 1001 opticals for the past 15 years since the time they were towards Woolworths side. Mary, Jessica were best in the business. The staff never disappoint you with their excellent customer service. Currently Kevin is the best person to deal with along with Milad. Online appointments for eye check up is a must. However, they do accept walk-ins at times. They have a good team of ophthalmologistswho take great care in the check ups.
