Asked for a simple pad replacement on my glasses which most places you walked in just does it as it takes no cost or more than 3mins. Walked in today and, for the first time ever, the lady carefully examined by my glasses and goes 'its not purchased here, so we can't fix it for you'. You can walk around any other optometrist and won't never get a treatment like this. Even the time when I went to the city OW shop, the people worked there kindly fixed it for me. Just shows how shortsighted the business owner is for making such a policy. You think you can do it this way to get more customers? Well, good luck, you just lost another customer.

I woke up with a concerning vision issue and booked a last minute appointment with Dr Khadijeh, since this branch is near the office. She was fantastic, and possibly the best optometrist I have come across. If it was closer to home I would move all my appointments here, highly recommend.

Had a fantastic experience at Oscar Wylee, Parramatta. The optometrist, Khadijeh, was so lovely - somehow very warm and professional at the same time! Great range of frames to choose from and Khadijeh and the staff took the time to explain the options and help me choose. Would highly recommend this service.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the store at Parramatta Mall yesterday. The gentleman who I was not able to get his name was so accommodating - thank you for assisting and rescheduling my appointment due to my delayed flights arrival into Sydney from Nadi. Lucy is so informative that helped me to choose wisely without making me feel lesser than. K ( forgive me for not being able to remember your full name) - OMG K is the kindest most caring beautiful soul of a person I have come across. She epitomizes professionalism excellence that is encapsulated in her demeanor. The fact she remembers me from 2 years was mind blowing. Thank you K and your Amazing Team of Oscar Wylee Staff at Parramatta Mall.
