I’ve been really enjoying all the classes at 38X. The whole team is super knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly, and they’ve created such a welcoming community atmosphere. They’ve made getting back into fitness feel easy and motivating. Would highly recommend!

Great boutique fitness business with a family based vibe. Very down to earth approach. Nice variety of both the type of classes also within each class, together with strength or personal training options. I have been going for 8 years and not bored!

I have been working out at 38X for several years. There are many things that keep me coming back. Firstly the coaches, they are all lovely to be around, highly motivational, and each has their own style with no two workouts being the same , it keeps it interesting . Secondly are the people that attend 38X. A great bunch of people to be around while you workout. Lastly the gym itself, whilst it’s a boutique gym, it’s not small, with great equipment and a nice vibe. If small group fitness training is what you are looking for, I don’t think there is a better gym in the Manly area.

I've been a member of 38X for over 5 years, and I can't say enough great things about it! The wide range of classes, like HIIT and Strength, along with the numerous convenient class times, make it easy to stay motivated and fit. I enjoy mixing up my routine with classes on weekday mornings, evenings, and weekends. The coaches are incredibly supportive and foster a welcoming, non-judgmental environment. It's truly a community gym where everyone is friendly, and the social events they host bring members even closer together. If you're seeking a supportive and dynamic workout environment, 38X is an excellent choice. Plus, they offer a low cost introductory package, so it's definitely worth trying!

This is the friendliest gym ever. I arrived feeling unfit and unhealthy. The amazing instructors have helped me get stronger and fitter every day. I highly recommended it 💪👏
