I have loved my membership at this gym for years. The beach classes make the whole thing worth it. The gym may seem small but it actually has everything you need and only feels crowded for a short period of the day. I’ve only left because I’m moving. I highly recommend.

MBHC is a fantastic well equipped local gym with a separate space for yoga and Pilates, giving you the best of both worlds! The personal trainers and yoga and Pilates teachers are all highly skilled and qualified. Love the convenience and the friendly atmosphere. Special shout out to Mia and Emma for their wonderful teaching and skills

Amazing gym & community! Outdoor classes even in winter are beautiful! Watching the sunrise while working out is a great way to start the day. Beautiful community and great staff!

Words can’t really describe what this place is. The most welcoming, friendly, warm community you need if you’re getting back into the gym. Either plug in and do your own thing. Or chat to the people around you or the trainers. They have it all. Outdoor classes. Indoor beautiful peaceful yoga studio. Beach yoga and ocean swims. Member events. Personal training. If you’re in manly, you need to experience what MBHC has to offer whilst you’re here .

Manly Beach Health Club - or MBHC - is perfectly located right across from Manly beach with all the equipment and expertise you need to build and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The classes on offer are the cherry on top. Utilising the second studio in Eustace street and the unbeatable outdoor location of Manly beach front, the Pilates and yoga on offer are a perfect accompaniment to your usual gym schedule. Mia’s yoga class for instance is beautiful and suitable for all levels, as is Emma’s mat Pilates.
