It was my first time here and I can say they provide excellent service. The owner (I think?) is very hands on and very keen to cater to my request. This will be my regular car wash spot from now on. They also have a cafe as waiting area for customers.

Decided to try out 5 Star Hand Carwash in Parramatta, best decision ever! Let me begin by saying WOW, I'm so impressed with their service and how detailed they are. Every inch of my car was so shiny that I could see my reflection that's how good they are. Really good place to just leave your car with great hands and relax in the cafe with a nice hot coffee and something to eat, did I also mention they had a barber shop there as well, if I was a man I could have done my hair and just chill. Pricing was good worth every cent. Thank you for providing great service and being so professional, I will definitely take my car and recommend this place to all my family and friends

This was my first time trying 5 star car wash. Was in and out in 30 mins as there were no cars waiting in front of me. It was $65 for an suv clean inside and out. I was really impressed with the clean so will be back. Thanks team! Oh my only feedback would be it would be great to have an air freshner included ✨️

Having never been here before I dropped in on my way between appointments and I’m so impressed with the advice I was given and level of service provided. I appreciated not having a lot of pressure put on me to spend more than I could afford. Looks great inside and out. Highly recommend. See you again guys.

I recently visited 5 Star Hand Car Wash for the first wash of my brand new Hyundai Tucson, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. After an Easter long weekend trip involving beaches, trails, and even some gravel roads, my car was covered in dust and sand - both inside and out. The mats, carpets, doors, and exterior were all quite dirty, so I was a bit concerned, especially since the car has a graphene coating and I wanted to make sure it wouldn’t be damaged during the wash. I chose this place based on their excellent reviews, and they absolutely lived up to them. When I arrived, the staff carefully inspected the car and recommended the Platinum wash package for a thorough clean. I specifically requested no wax or polish due to the coating, and they fully respected that. The car was hand washed with great attention to detail. While waiting, I was even offered a complimentary coffee from their cafe, which was a nice touch. The whole process took about 1 to 1.5 hours, and the result was outstanding. The car looked as good as new- like it had just come out of the dealership. The interior was spotless, with carpets and mats thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed, and the exterior w
