DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. -One of the biggest RIP OFFS. 30$ “Gold package” leaves dirt, dust and stains! Even the most basic of pressure washers could deal with this. They EVEN try to upsell you as a default, they were visibly taken aback when I didn’t want to pay 90$ for a package they did not even explain.

Don't waste your time or money. Absolute scam - never going back. Went here to get 2 cars a fully cleaned each before we sold then. Service promised included a clean, vacuum, wax and polish for both, at $700 incl a $100 discount. By the time we brought the second car in, the discount was gone. Not only that but for the money paid I honestly would have been better off with my vacuum at home, and a bucket and sponge. Exterior result: Fingerprints still all over the car, the windscreen still showed where the windscreen wipers had gone, and water marks all over the car. Can't event confirm if they waxed or not, if they did it was a pretty sub standard job. Interior result: basic vacuum and interior wipe down. They didnt even vacuum inside the center console or glovebox. Once I asked them why, they made me drive the car back over to the vacuums so they could quickly do a vacuum where they missed. Pitiful service, expensive lesson learned to never go back.

Not only can you get your car washed but you can also wash your dogs in the fresh air and sunshine. Located in North Parramatta during the warmer days, I've been taking my dogs down for a bath. It costs 12 minutes for $20 and I can comfortably wash my 2 medium sized dogs with plenty of time to disinfect the tub. Highly recommend and the staff are fast and friendly when cleaning your car. Great service if you're in a rush.

Please be aware of this car wash. I had paid $267.00 for 3 months subcription. Then I noticed there was a scratch on my car after wash. I had showed it to the employees unfortunately the manager is no where to be found, can only be contacted by employees and there is no number that you can contact to follow up. I asked the employee to give me my money back and fix the scratch and his reply was we cannot fix the scratch and this sratch did not happened here maybe on other car wash but not here. So I left with no result.I did not go back and argue as I know I will not win and risking another scratch I lost $276.00 dollars but the anxiety that I have to deal with is not worth it. So they can have it. Never ever going back. Management are cruel they want business but when it comes to being responsible they dont want to know you. Customer gives business. They are good of taking our money but not good on looking after us. This is a very doggy practice that company should stop doing to customers.
