Poor customer service. Trying to sell more expensive service that was not suitable for me. Not sure the Indian guy I talked to was the manager or just staff but horrible client. Asked if car wash could be done in 1.5 hrs then he said no them walked away. No sorry or offering alternative time. Just said No then turned away. What a service. If the business owner sees this review, you need to find other staff to deal with clients. He will make your business lose many clients.

I arrived at the car wash on a Saturday at 2:00pm and advised the staff member that I wanted the standard wash for my 4WD. He attempted to upsell additional services, which I politely declined. He then quoted me $109 for a Van/XL wash. I explained that my vehicle is a 4WD and that I normally pay the standard $75 4WD wash price. After some back and forth, he reluctantly agreed to charge me the correct rate. He took my mobile number and advised that the car would be ready in approximately two hours. When I returned 3.5 hours later, my car was parked some distance away and I was informed, to my frustration, that they had only completed the exterior wash and had not had time to clean the interior. By this stage it was getting dark and I needed to get home, so I requested my keys and asked to pay only for the exterior clean. The gentleman I dealt with at that point was very polite and apologetic. He explained that they had been extremely busy all day, had not even had a lunch break, and had been working very hard. I can appreciate that businesses get busy; however, customers should be given realistic timeframes so they can decide whether they are willing to wait longer. Unfortunately

Great experience overall! The car was ready right on time as promised, which was really appreciated. The staff were very polite, humble, and easy to deal with. Mr. Gill was especially great—very welcoming and explained everything about the pricing and services clearly without any confusion. Also a really good option if you’re heading out for shopping—the car was washed and ready by the time I finished, which was super convenient. Really happy with the service, would definitely recommend and come back again! 🚗👍

Hi, I asked one of the guy for an exterior wash today and paid $40. Then i went for shopping. I was told I would receive a call when it was done, but I didn’t get any call. When I returned around 5:30pm, the car wash was about to closed, so I didn’t get a chance to check the car properly. When i checked it later my wind shield had a dirt marks on the left side which was not cleaned. Very disappointed.

When I pulled up the guy instantly tried to sell me on the $99 polish service which I agreed to as car had been left dirty after visit to the mechanic. Mate expressedly told me that boot would be included and I showed him it needed to be opened with the key. Didn't expect stains removed as that's usually a full detailing job from experience but when I came back the boot had clearly not even been opened or vacuumed as indicated by the twigs, hairs, and random debris inside. On top of that any surfaces wiped down in the cabin were done in a hurry as there was still sticky grime on the shift knob and loose dirt in cupholders; both of which I easily remedied with a wet wipe and vacuum. On the exterior they didn't clean and wax under the clipped on P plates as indicated by the layer of dust and cobwebs. They also left the headlights on which doesn't impact myself but could cause battery drain for others. They were already busy with the next cars and I had to go so it wasn't worth asking them to reevaluate the work which I'll complete myself at home. Not expecting the world from a Westfield car wash but considering what was paid (I gave $100 in cash and the guy expected to keep the chan
