My girlfriend and I walked into Academy Brand at Bondi and the saleswoman barely said hello while staring at us in a very uncomfortable way. The whole time we felt unwelcome and judged, so we decided to leave the store. When we left, she said goodbye in a very contemptuous way that we are honestly not used to experiencing in a shop. In the end we went to the store next door, Orlebar Brown, where we spent more than $500 because we were actually looking to buy clothes. A shame for Academy Brand, because customer service like this just pushes people away.

Runa was such an excellent help and such a great person! I’ve never felt more pleased and happy with a shopping experience in my life. I definitely recommend coming here and shopping with Runa. She helped me pick out so many nice items and some gifts for my family members! 10/10 recommend seeing her.

Needed a few new items and walked past Academy Bondi. Was welcomed by the most lovely staff member. She helped me pick out a number of items. Very funny and helpful. Great experience and thoroughly enjoyed our time in the shop. If you need some good service go and visit Academy in Bondi. Ask for Helena she was awesome

Love this shop! Seriously great stuff for a great price. Can't go past their classics tees and shirts. I also just bought a cool pair of sunnies from here from a local Sydney brand.

Great store with great staff. Come here with my boyfriend every time we're in Bondi and almost always leave the store with a new item. Clothing is super high quality and very on trend. The staff are always happy to help out and the decor is perfect for Bondi.
