I’ve been coming to this clinic for a year now, I have done multiple laser treatments here. All I can say is that my transformation has been remarkable! The nurses are all so professional and nice. Especially Joyce! She’s always super patient in explaining the after laser care and always keen to answer any questions. The clinic is clean and high class. It really makes you feel like you’re been taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone in Chatswood looking for a reliable laser treatment.

I had an excellent experience at ACL Clinic Chatswood. The clinic is clean, professional, and very welcoming from the moment you walk in. A special thank you to Sweet Feng—such a sweet and caring staff member. She made me feel comfortable right away and was incredibly gentle and attentive throughout the treatment. Her warm nature and professionalism truly stood out. The whole experience was smooth, relaxing, and exceeded my expectations. I left feeling refreshed and very well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I had a really great experience with Onda Pro at this clinic. The therapist Sophia Cai is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole session much more comfortable. She’s also very thorough and professional throughout the treatment, and I really appreciated how she helped distract me so I didn’t focus on any discomfort. The environment is lovely as well — very clean, well-maintained, and relaxing. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend this place!

I’ve been coming to ACL Clinic to treat my acne over the past six months, and all the staff have been absolutely lovely. I want to give a special shoutout to Sweet 🥰 Most of my appointments have been with her, and she truly lives up to her name. As someone quite new to facials, I was a bit nervous at first, but Sweet always takes the time to patiently explain the purpose behind each treatment and is incredibly gentle in her approach. She really goes above and beyond! I’ve also picked up so many great beauty tips from her, and every session feels like catching up with a friend. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be returning for future facials.

I had such an incredible experience at ACL Cosmetic Clinic and can’t recommend them highly enough. I recently had a MOXI and BBL HERO treatment with Sweet (wedding prep!) and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Sweet is so knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. She took the time to really understand my skin goals and explained each step of the treatment in a way that made me feel completely comfortable and confident. You can tell she truly knows her craft — I felt like I was in the best hands. The treatment itself was smooth and perfectly managed, and Sweet made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The clinic is beautiful, clean, and very professional, which just adds to the overall experience. I can’t wait to see my results and come back for future appointments!
