Extremely disappointing experience with Flawless Aesthetics. If I could give a negative star I would My sister and I had a booking scheduled, and we were left waiting over 1.5 hours past our appointment time. To make matters worse, the receptionist had specifically told us to arrive earlier, yet we were still left waiting with no regard for our time. The biggest issue was the complete lack of communication and professionalism regarding pricing. Before booking, I specifically called and confirmed the cost of my nose touch-up treatment. I was clearly quoted and reassured by the receptionist that the treatment would be $390. However, when I arrived at the clinic, I was suddenly told the treatment would cost $1,200. After raising the issue, the clinic reviewed the recorded phone call and confirmed that their receptionist had in fact mixed up the dates of my previous treatment and incorrectly quoted me the $390 price. They admitted the mistake was made on their end and acknowledged that I had been told the lower price. Despite confirming that their staff member had provided incorrect information, they refused to honour the quoted price or offer any reasonable resolution. This situat

I had such a good experience at Flawless Aesthetics. From the second I walked in, everyone was super friendly and welcoming, and the whole clinic felt really clean, calming, and professional without feeling intimidating. I saw Dr Michael and he was amazing throughout the whole appointment. He really took the time to talk through everything with me, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable. I never felt rushed, and you can tell he genuinely cares about getting the best results for his clients. I’m honestly so happy with how everything turned out. The results look really natural and subtle, which is exactly what I wanted. The whole team made the experience feel easy and comfortable from start to finish. I sat in on a consultation with Esther and she was the best at going into detail about the process of the types of filler and botox and muscles. She is extremely amazing at explaining everything and making you feel educated about the decisions you make for cosmetics.
