I had the joy of visiting Luxe since last year, and have been doing dermashine Rejuran with them. The clinic is calm, quiet and feels incredibly luxurious. The staff are all lovely and I have been well taken care of by Sue for all the time I visit. I have tried a picosure pro session for my pigmentation once, but I would need a lot more sessions. The clinic emphasises safety so they check for allergies, medications etc every time you go in which is great. What I love about this place is the attention they put on you and also the information they give you - they tell you how long they leave things on, what is about to be put on your face etc. also, most importantly they don’t hard sell treatments to you -unlike many other clinics in Chatswood. Lots of options and modern equipment but what I appreciate most is the honesty and the bespoke advice. Many clinics will sell you what they have by way of equipment but this clinic genuinely listens to your concerns. They also follow up a day or two after your treatment to make sure things have gone well which I appreciate. I shall be visiting this clinic whenever I feel I need some pampering!

I had a really good experience at this clinic. The place is very clean, modern and comfortable. The entrance was a little hard to find at first, but when I called the clinic they kindly came down to meet me, which I really appreciated. I went there for a photofacial treatment and the nurse who treated me was very warm, gentle and professional. She explained the process clearly and made sure I felt comfortable during the treatment. Overall the experience was smooth and pleasant. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable skin clinic

I always have an amazing experience at this cosmetic clinic everytime when i come and all the staffs are professional and very knowledgeable. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, which immediately made me feel comfertable.
