Had a great experience today doing the Fotona StarWalker laser pigmentation treatment. The team was very professional and friendly. They explained the process clearly and took the time to understand my skin concerns before starting the treatment. The procedure was gentler than I expected. I’m excited to see the results over the coming weeks and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for pigmentation treatment or overall skin rejuvenation.

Was an amazing first time wax. (I believe her name was Koi?) My waxer was patient, kind, and made me feel comfortable right away. It was quick and over before I knew it. Would rec, I called about one hour before I wanted to come in and they were very accommodating to book me in the next hour. Nothing bad to say, I called when I lost my way in Westfield but just right next to Priceline

I had a hydrating facial for my dry, sensitive skin, and overall it was a really relaxing experience. The therapist explained each step and was very gentle, which I appreciated. The room was clean and calming, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. After the treatment, my skin felt noticeably softer and more hydrated, and the glow lasted a few days. I did have slight redness right after, but it settled within an hour. I’d definitely go back, especially if my skin needs a boost.

Did the Signature Facial with a friend. The walls were thin, you could hear the noises from food court & the talking in the corridors so not the most relaxing environment. The staff were lovely however some may struggle with English! Still overall a nice experience however have preferred facials I've had elsewhere. The products are also heavily fragranced if this is an issue for anyone!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars for Everything! I called to check for availability on a Saturday afternoon, and the lady I spoke with was so helpful and did her best to accommodate me. She managed to book me in for a one-off laser session just to try the place out. I’ve had multiple laser treatments before and was never too keen because they often felt uncomfortable and rushed. But at this clinic, the staff are amazing! Gigi, the therapist who did my laser was gentle, kind, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I was so impressed that I ended up buying a package because of the outstanding service. The prices are also very reasonable compared to other laser clinics. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Thank you for such an amazing experience! Highly recommended!
