This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing retail experiences I have had. I was shopping with my daughters when my daughter found a hoodie displayed on the clothing rack. She tried it on, loved it, and decided she wanted to purchase it. To our surprise, when we went to pay, we were told by staff that the hoodie actually belonged to another customer who had already purchased more than 20 items. Apparently, according to the staff member, she had mistakenly returned the hoodie to the sales floor. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake or attempting to resolve the situation professionally, we were simply told that "the other customer wants it" and suggested to us to pick a different colour hoodie. This was extremely upsetting for my daughter and demonstrated a complete lack of customer service and professionalism. If an item has already been sold or reserved for another customer, it should never be placed back on the sales rack for other shoppers to find and try on. The staff's mistake created an embarrassing and disappointing situation that could have been easily avoided. What was most disappointing was the dismissive way the situation was handled. Mistakes

Bad policy , bad customer service…only out 4 days and i cannot exchange the size from 1 to 2 Still seal , bag , never worn, tag on … Just know the “ policy of the store” only 14 days return, And the server try to say this is under Australia customer act protection law Very disappointed
