We were gifted Uniqlo toddlers clothings for our little one. We found out that some of them were little small for him, they were bought a day ago by our friend and they threw the physical receipt away. We loved the clothing, and we wanted to use them for a longer time, so today, we went to the store to exchange them. Surprisingly, the lady at the counter did allow us to exchange them for a bigger size. Thank you so much, we are a regular customers ourselves and in-fact both top and bottom I am wearing right now are from Uniqlo. Therefore, giving you five stars and please continue this…-

I went to pick up pants that we asked them to alternate the length on the last Sunday afternoon. The staff I showed the receipt and passed me the pants was absolute rude. He didn’t even speak anything to me when I showed him the receipt and when he gave me the pants and just gave me a glance. Wouldn’t expect this terrible attitude from the staff.

*GREAT STORE, GREAT STAFF & WIDE & QUALITY REASONABLY PRICED STOCK* I shop at UniQlo in Chatswood Westfield from time to time and I have just purchased some winter clothes. I should say that I am always impressed by this great store:- 1- Good and wide selection of quality and practical clothes at generally reasonable prices. The store is well stocked. 2- Clothes are well displayed, the store is well organized, all items have tags attached with enough information about the product, so you know what you are purchasing. 3- Really great staff everywhere: at the fitting room, on the store floor and at the cashier. Most staff are well selected, well trained, extremely helpful, friendly, polite and courteous. They even shortened the trousers I bought free of charge within a very short time. WELL DONE UNIQLO, you are setting a very high standard for quality and reasonably priced stock, as well as your professional staff. If anything, I was a little disappointed as I could not find any mens' sleeping pyjams though they stock good selection of underwear.

am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an interaction I had at the Uniqlo Chatswood store today. I approached a staff member named Yoshi for assistance, but the interaction was incredibly unprofessional. She appeared frustrated by the language barrier. When I continued to seek help, she intentionally bumped into me. This behavior is completely unacceptable in any customer-facing environment. Rather than addressing my request, she abruptly dismissed me and passed me off to another associate. I was also troubled to learn from other staff members that she is allegedly in line for a promotion to a leadership role soon. Given her current conduct, which was rude, dismissive, and characterized by an attitude that suggests she lacks respect for customers, I strongly urge management to reconsider this. A leader should be the embodiment of company service standards, and her behavior is entirely unbecoming of someone in a position of authority. Employees who treat customers with such hostility should not be rewarded with more responsibility. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses this behavior before it negatively impacts other customers.

I called to check whether the item I wanted was in stock, and Jack was incredibly helpful over the phone. When I arrived at the store, every single staff member went above and beyond to assist me. Without a doubt, this was the best shopping experience I’ve had in Australia!
