I recently visited the new Calibre store at Chatswood Chase and had a fantastic experience. Javier and Irfan were incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive without being pushy. I especially loved the way Javier tried the clothes on for me so I could get a really good feel for how the pieces actually looked and fitted — it made choosing outfits so much easier. Both Javier and Irfan took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered great styling advice, and made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely be returning — highly recommend this store

Absolutely outstanding service from Javier at Calibre Chatswood Chase today. He was incredibly helpful in pulling together outfits that looked fantastic and got the sizing spot-on. He went above and beyond by calling around multiple stores to track down the exact shirt I wanted in the right size. Shopping with him was effortless, enjoyable, and genuinely one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommended.

The exceptional customer service I received from the two staff members over the weekend made a significant impact on my experience. In particular, Manrico, the store manager, demonstrated remarkable expertise in fashion and displayed an outstanding knowledge of suits. Their thoughtful feedback and honest advice on fit and style truly enhanced my shopping experience, making it both enjoyable and memorable. Additionally, the store itself is beautifully laid out, with excellent lighting and comfortable seating for waiting friends, which contributes to a welcoming atmosphere.
