I purchased the Ophelia Lace Gown in French Blue here on Wednesday and had such a wonderful experience. I was shopping with a friend, and we had two energetic three-year-olds with us. We were a little worried the kids might be disruptive in the store, so my husband and my friend waited outside with them while I tried on dresses. The staff kindly invited them inside to sit and wait, and everyone was so patient and understanding with the children. The team went above and beyond to help me, and the store manager was absolutely fantastic. Although the store didn’t have a brand new Ophelia Lace Gown in my size available on Wednesday, the team kindly arranged an order for me straight away. I was delighted to receive it today, much sooner than I expected. Such amazing service and attention to detail! The service was warm, professional and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. This is by far the best customer service I’ve experienced. I absolutely love this store and can’t thank the team enough. Highly recommend!

Customer service at their stores and head office is nonexistent. Terrible quality products made out of cheap material that falls apart. Don’t bother brining up issues to their attention as you will get zero response and they will offer zero solutions. Aje- never again!

Came shopping with my mum on the weekend and Toleen was an absolute angel!!! She gave us the most wonderful experience, suggested all kinds of styles when they didn’t have my size and even ordered me the right size to be delivered home! Thank you to Taleen, we’ll be back ⭐️

Selma the 2IC is the rudest retail customer service human I have ever dealt with. Selma laughed in my face on the phone, spoke over me time and time again after I explained that I went to the dry cleaners and asked to remove the makeup stains on a gown I purchased which we were both aware we’re on the Dress however it was the last size 6. I needed the dress for a wedding that was due on Friday and there was no way they could locate me a fresh dress on time. I spent $1500 by purchasing a number of items including a skirt that I just realised they put the extra small instead of the small great CUSTOMER SERVICE by listening to the size I asked for. Selma mentioned parts is a so called A grade store and didn’t offer me a 10% fault fee for that Dress due to the inconvenience and she laughed in my face. I also want to mention she rolled her eyes at her staff members Behind their back and didn’t speak the best regarding previous staff members and other AJE stores AJE You lost a great Customer that would spend a lot due to the way I was bullied on the phone by Selma. Please see the pictures attached. All I said was I was coming in store and she took that as a threat I think a public CUSTOM
