While navigating the checkout process, I was subjected to deeply uncomfortable and defensive behaviour by two of staff members regarding Aldi’s trolley inspection policy. Firstly, one of employee began sneaking around my trolley, looking into it as if I were deliberately attempting to steal from the store. This employee went so far as to physically step out from behind the counter to sneak another look. This aggressive and stealthy behaviour felt entirely accusatory, deeply embarrassing, and was handled with zero dignity or respect for me as a customer. She never ever asks to customer and takes consent before expressing her stealthy look. When I questioned this behaviour, a second employee immediately became defensive and argumentative. Instead of de-escalating the situation, he aggressively excused the first employee's actions by claiming that Aldi shares similar products with Coles and Woolworths, and therefore they needed to check. He then, with a completely insincere and fake smile, angrily stated, "We will do this as this is our policy." I reminded him that while I understand stores have policies, staff should do their jobs properly, professionally, and responsibly so that pay

Always a great experience at this Aldi. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Pasang who went out of her way to assist me. Lovely store with a great team!

On weekends, I usually go here. It is usually not crowded and if it is in the line, it probably goes away in a few minutes. This place is reliable and gives you pretty good prices! I would recommend this. Only problem is that sometimes there are not any if not no trolleys. For that it gets 4/5 stars.

Not my preference of Aldi stores, it seems less organised and a lot dirty than the surrounding stores in Arndell Park and Seven Hills, the store layout doesn’t feel thought out and the range is smaller then other stires

⭐⭐ My visit to Aldi left me with mixed feelings. While the store offers budget-friendly options, I couldn't help but notice the unorganized and messy layout. Navigating through the aisles was a bit challenging, and it took extra time to find what I needed. Despite the disarray, the prices were reasonable, and the staff was helpful when approached. A bit more organization would greatly enhance the overall shopping experience at this Aldi location.
