Extremely dishonest and unprofessional service. When I visited, the cashier asked if I needed a bag. I specifically asked if there was a surcharge for it, and the staff explicitly told me 'No, there is no surcharge,' so I requested one. However, after checking my receipt later, I discovered they had charged me a surcharge anyway. Lying to customers to trick them into paying extra is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the staff were highly unfriendly and had severe communication issues due to a lack of English proficiency. Check your receipts carefully at this place.

this one's my regular store, i've been coming to this one for... i have no idea, maybe over 10 years at this point! good range, it's larger than the parramatta one and there's always good sales to be had :) most prices won't be beat elsewhere, tongli has always been cheaper than the other chinese grocery store chains IMO. i appreciate that, and will probably keep visiting this location to stock up on my weekly meals until eternity!

Me and my son came here again for another shopping run. It was nice. We usually go here because it is hard to find unique snacks for my son in school. This place is good for quick shopping of ingredients and snacks. There can be better options, but this is pretty good. 4/5 stars.

I'm surprised after a long time back . They are so big inside Westfield , so many thing and brands of Asian to choose.you can definitely find what you need in this store. They have installed cash and coin machines, that's so new for me

Finally reopened after months of renovations. First impressions was wow, this is more like it. We have been upgraded with a lot of new varieties and don’t need to go afar. The only problem now is each time, will end up spending more. Vegetables look fresh and much cheaper than elsewhere. The frozen food side is my favourite place. Looking forward to my next visit. Four stars because they need to improve their queue system for payment
