Today i went for shopping in the Westpoint woolworths at around 2 or 3. A reduced cake fell over and i couldnt pick it up because of a spine injury and no one was there. The worker was following me and being rude he looked iraqi or middle eastern. I didnt do anything wrong he must be racist and i told him i will pay for the cake but he kept being rude and swore at me. Then he went and called another guy and they said they were managers and they kicked me out. They said i have to leave or they will force me to leave. The lady at checkout asked me what happened and she told me to go to the inquiry desk. They called the manager and a different guy came out and told me to go ahead and continue shopping. Other staff are very nice i come here every week. I didnt steal or do anything bad but the guy disrespected me in front of other shoppers. I dont know why he did this to me. The cake was $1.84 and i told him i would pay 10 dollars for it. The actual manager was very respectful. Thank you and i hope you guys investigate this issue.

Planty of things to buy for. A lot of parking spots there. Provided self check out stations, you don't need to wait for long queue.

The front of the store / self-checkout has a strong smell of cockroaches... can't see any for sure but the smell is very distinct. It's been like this for a week and has not been a problem before. 04/05/26: Still smells like this by the way, as a side note I got stuck at the self-service checkout today cause the machine thought my Shopping Basket was an item I forgot to scan...

The staff here are great. Always friendly and helpful. The anti-theft security system needs work. If you walk in with stuff from another store you will have to hide it from the camera above you when checking out so it doesn't trip the system. Holding it behind the back works. Hopefully with the rise of ai they can make a system that knows if you walked in with something, that you can't possibly be stealing it.
