My boyfriend love this haircut place when Andrew are still working there. He understands my boyfriend’s head shape and hairstyle very well and he never really found his a proper barber who understands it as well as Andrew does. Does anyone know where Andrew works ? cause since he was not working there, my boyfriend cant find anyone who cut his hair s well as Andrew does. Thanks

I had a very bad experience getting my haircut at this barbershop. A barber named Emmanuel, who is usually the first person standing near the entrance, cut my hair. I wish barbershops had a “silent mode” option like Uber, so customers could choose not to be asked endless personal questions that have nothing to do with the service. Emmanuel seemed far more interested in finding out where I came from, where I live, and how long I have been in Australia than in focusing on his work. As a result, he completely missed and forgot to cut three sections of my hair. After I got home and noticed the poor haircut, I had to return to the barbershop despite having an important appointment. I showed him the areas he had missed, but instead of apologizing and fixing the mistake professionally, he responded in a rude and unprofessional manner and placed me at the end of a long Saturday night queue. I have never experienced such unprofessional and irresponsible customer service in Australia. I would not recommend this barber.

Excellent beyond words! Had a great time with a fantastic haircut just as i wanted and always wished for. Emanuel is a great person and so is the rest of the staff. Definitely going back again and giving a five star

My 11yo son has been going here for the last 3 years. We live in the inner west so it is a 25 minute drive to get there. He is very particular about his hair - and is always thrilled with the result.
