The prices are extortionate even for the expected price hike of a convenience store. To illustrate this with an example, a pack of gum is $3 when it’s only $2 at a similar store 100m away. So, your choice if you don’t mind shedding cash for the sake of it.

Best place i have ever been to. Needed a belt, and these guys even made an extra hole in it using nothing more than a hammer and a screw driver for free!!! Never have I gotten a level of customer service like this before!!! Great way to experience Sydney for the first time.

The store does not display prices on any goods. This is none complaint with NSW consumer law . When I questioned the store manager and showed home the NSW Fair Trading web site he laughed and said it doesn’t apply to convenience stores. I told him that is not true and that they need to follow the laws of the land.

I would like to leave a negative review for a store that I recently visited. I had some issues with my purchase at this store. Firstly, the products in the store were not priced, which was very confusing and inconvenient. Secondly, when I went to pay for my purchase, I found that the store was charging me twice the market price, which I found very dissatisfying. I believe that this kind of business practice lacks transparency and fairness, and it has greatly diminished my trust in the store. I hope that the store can improve its business model by providing fair and transparent pricing and product information, so that consumers can make informed choices and the store can establish a good reputation.

Don't ever buy umbrella from this convenience store. This store just truly scams. I was buying the umbrella when suddenly it was raining. I chose a small medium umbrella, and when I was about to use it, it was even not open. I rush to go back to that convenience store to refund or exchange it. But turn out every umbrella was really hard to open even though in the end the seller found out how to open, but still so hard for me to open and I asked if I can get refund because the umbrella not working for me. When I asked that question to the man he started to angry and saying such as: - "why its hard for you but easy for me?" -"I didnt want to do funny business" I repeatedly show him how hard it is for me and saying I didnt do funny business I buy umbrella because I need it not for fun. Then, he started to throwing tantrum with throw all umbrella angrily and try open other umbrella one by one but some of them is broken until there is one that still okay. I was scared and angry at the same time how come being treated like this when I just want to ask refund because the umbrella was so hard to open I even thought its broken. He even dont want to do refund but keep angry. Not recommended
