Says they open at 10 but they have one of their workers strolling in at 10:40am and shops still not open. Whoever you got working on Sunday 19th July .. aren’t very time efficient

They really have no customer service, they don’t even acknowledge that your there! It’s a shame cause I want to buy something but their energy is always off so then I don’t want to waste my money or help a shop get their target pay. Please look for another job if you don’t want to be there, there’s people that will appreciate the opportunity more than these lazy as workers. I hope ally closes down if they don’t change.

I was served by a blonde lady named Jessica, her customer service is so poor. Jessica is super rude and disrespectful, her attitude is disgusting and not acceptable In a retail position. I asked a simple question about an item and responded in a blunt, rude manner. She had made my little sister and cousin who are dark skinned feel very uncomfortable and dehumanised because the worker thought they were going to do a runner whilst I’m paying for my items. Better believe I’ll tell family and friends to never shop at ally to feel humiliated.

This blonde lady with blue eyes was so rude and disrespectful. I asked here was this the only size, and she replied with “umm yeah that’s the only one”. Then right after when my mum tried to come to me, and said excuse me to her nicely and smiled at her. She had an annoyed expression on her face, she kept staring at my mum rudely. She was constantly just acting like she didn’t want to be there, and that’s an uncomfortable environment for customers. But the other lady was so nice and helpful.

Good morning, what a pleasant shopping experience I had today; I was shopping in your Blacktown store and the lady that served me made me feel very comfortable and she was very helpful I asked her to tell her manager what beautiful customer service that she had and I would definitely be shopping there again, and to my surprise she was the manager. So I will be telling all my friends to shop there, we’ll done ally for employing such lovely staff.
