I recently visited this store and was really impressed. It has a unique range of Indian products that are hard to find elsewhere, with plenty of variety to choose from. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the products is great. It’s a wonderful store, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Indian products.

I purchased Indian earthenware from this store online. After waiting several weeks without any update, I had to follow up myself, only to be told that the pot I originally ordered was out of stock. I was offered alternative options and selected one. When the replacement item finally arrived, it was broken. I immediately contacted the store multiple times via the phone number they provided, requesting either a replacement or a refund. The response I received was that they had lodged a claim with the courier company and were waiting for compensation from them. That is not an acceptable excuse. If an item arrives damaged, the responsibility to resolve the issue lies with the seller, not the customer. Whether the damage occurred during shipping or due to inadequate packaging, the store should provide a refund or replacement promptly and then deal with the courier separately. It has now been three months, and I still have not received a refund or replacement. The customer service has been extremely poor, with little communication and no meaningful resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS OF THESE PEOPLE. I BASICALLY GOT SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPL

Selling rubbish /low grade items . We bought swing from Chennai Stores in 2400 $ and he gave us Crap product, It has multiple Deep cracks on base within 1 year . Don't ever buy from them

I recently visited Chennai Stores in Blacktown, and wow—it’s massive! I honestly feels like a little piece of India right here. You’ll find everything you might miss from back home: idly plates, filter coffee cups, pooja items, beautifully customized mandirs, and even unique pooja tables—all in one place. The best part? The prices are super reasonable. For example, I originally went there looking for mini idly plates. On Amazon, they were around $65 plus delivery, but at Chennai Stores, I found them for just $18! Such a win. I was extra happy because I wanted to make idlys more fun and playful for my daughter, and these tiny ones were perfect. She absolutely loved them—eating idlys has now become a little game for her!

Wow. The new retail store on Main Street is icing on the cake on the already great product range offered online. This adds great shopping experience with visibly able to see, feel, and experience the products before buying it. Impressed with the painting , clothings, household utensils, white goods, traditional gaming tools etc etc with a reasonable price range and exceptional customer service. Thanks to the business owners for bringing such a wonderful quality and uniquely Indian store.
