Have tried to call this store a couple times, wanting to know if they have a specific top in stock. No answer, very unprofessional. I understand store can be busy at times but I rang multiple times over a 30min period and no answer. I even tried another store and still no one picked up.

Had an amazing experience @ Ghanda Blacktown today(2/12/25). I had an exchange and hate bringing things back to a store, Annabelle,the Manager treated me with respect,and was so empathetic,her professionalism is a credit to her and Ghanda is very lucky to have her under their wing. Thankyou Annabelle for being so kind,enthusiastic and respectful.

the worker that served me today was so friendly and kind to me! i felt bad for her that she was alone (i know what that’s like coming from someone who also works in retail), but she was doing a great job! thank you for telling me about the 20% off sale and to have a safe trip to hawaii, i can’t wait to use my new ghanda clothes on my trip :)

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at Ghanda Clothing in Blacktown was beyond disgraceful, and I will never shop there again. When I visited, there were three female staff members working, and all of them were shockingly rude. From the moment I walked in, not one of them greeted me—they couldn’t even muster a simple "hello." When I asked for different sizes of clothing to try, one of them responded with such a nasty attitude, it was like she thought she owned the store and I was wasting her precious time. To make matters worse, I was shopping with my mum, who has a bad leg and struggles to stand for long periods. She needed to rest, and there was a chair near the counter. Instead of showing any care or offering her a place to sit, these staff members had the audacity to stare at her and laugh. Laughing at a customer who is clearly in discomfort? That’s not just rude—it’s downright disgusting behavior and completely unacceptable. Despite their horrific attitudes, I still ended up spending $300 because I like the products. But honestly, I regret it. The staff didn’t even smile, say thank you, or show the slightest bit of appreciation. It’s clear they have no traini

Had my mum go into the store to buy myself a skirt this morning she had the worst experience with the two sales girl, treated her horrible and so rude she came home and said I’ll never be going back to this store again not one of them helped get anything down for her not one person even said hello clothes were $10 off charged full price such horrible customer service from this store reading other reviews clearly this blacktown team need to get spoken to and learn customer service skills! Asked what the return policy was all she got was an eye role from the girl and her response being “we don’t do returns” horrible customer service get some new staff
