Very terrible staff and untrustworthy. I called to book an appointment on 28/06/2026，Kris said I don't need to book an appointment I can walk in. So in half an hour, I showed up at the clinic, but she said no more patients. She tricked the patients and had a very terrible attitude. I asked her can doctor take one more patient because she promised me I can walk in and I already here. She said nothing to doctor and didn't help, treating patients' time as rubbish.

Ridiculous Waiting time, wouldn’t recommend the clinic at all unless you are willing to waste at least one hour to get to your turn. Not sure what the booking system is for, the GP showed up late only AFTER the appointment time??. If you can’t wake up, then change your booking slot availability to sometime that you can meet. (Open booking slot from 9 but arrived by 9:45am?) Highly suspecting the level of professionalism of the Leela in this clinic as well - because when you are describing your symptoms, she is using google to search for the answer and read it out for you. This has been an ongoing issue and I don’t think the management care, and you will ask to send the feedback to the email and do nothing. And obviously she is not taking patient as in order but serve those she know first- I am pretty confident on this I am at the 6th place on booking system, and there is more than 6th group has been brought into her room, and guess what, I am still waiting! And I just witnessed that she came and “explain” to another patient that should be served from 9:45am (now 10:55am), they have to wait for longer . WOW interesting, you have the group of 9:00, 9:10, 9:20, 9:30, 9:40,9:50. And

I was introduced to Dr. Karen (Rong) by a friend. Due to the negligence in maternal antenatal referral from my previous clinic, I was stuck in the process for 2 months. Dr.Karen helped me out with her profession and kindness and sorted the electronic referral in a day. Now I am back into the system and thank her for that! Also need to thank the staff who helped me scanned the file back and forth as the E-referral system file size limit. They were all very kind and helpful! Definitely come back although I don’t get sick much, but the attitude and professionalism of the staff here is impressive! Thanks again for helping a first time mom-to-be! ❤️❤️❤️✨✨✨🙏🙏🙏🙏🫶🫶🫶🫶

Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic was disappointing. The Asian receptionist with short hair displayed a rude, arrogant, and dismissive attitude when interacting with patients. Her manner of speaking lacked basic courtesy and professionalism, making patients feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Her behavior gave the impression that she was judging or treating people differently based on their racial or ethnic background, which is deeply concerning in a healthcare environment. Every patient deserves to be treated with respect, dignity, and fairness. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues with its front-desk staff.

Dr Sukanthy Cenan has been amazing and attentive with my health and treatment. Highly recommend. Tips for clinic: Best to book online via their website ahead of time and come in person. As practise is extremely popular, show up early in case of a prior cancellation, but also be prepared to wait up to 20mins~ for any physician as the clinic can get super busy.
