Parramatta is in New South Wales, on Australia's east coast, where summers are warm and humid, winters are mild and businesses keep to standard hours year-round with the usual public-holiday changes. Australian addresses list the street number, suburb, state abbreviation and postcode, and Parramatta follows the same pattern; a number like 2/411 means unit 2 at number 411. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The receptionist at the medical centre was one of the rudest people I have ever come across. We encountered an unexpected situation on our way to the appointment and were unable to call to let the clinic know we would be delayed. Our appointment was on 12/07/2026 at 11:30 a.m., and we arrived at 12:05 p.m. By the time we got there, the receptionist had already cancelled our appointment without making any attempt to contact us. I understand that clinics have policies regarding late arrivals, but the receptionist's attitude and lack of empathy made the situation even more disappointing. People in customer-facing roles should treat patients with professionalism and compassion. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and frustrating experience.

Absolutely appalling and disgraceful service. I booked an appointment for 2:45 PM and was still sitting in the waiting room at 4:30 PM. After wasting nearly two hours of my time, I cancelled the appointment and left. This clinic's scheduling is a complete shambles. Offering appointment times that cannot be honored is misleading and shows a shocking lack of respect for patients. If you are running hours behind schedule, you should not continue booking patients into unrealistic time slots. Patients have work, family responsibilities, and other commitments. Expecting people to sit and wait indefinitely because of poor planning and incompetent time management is simply unacceptable. One of the most frustrating, poorly managed, and unprofessional healthcare experiences I have ever had. I will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Complete waste of time.

I just wanted to call and ask if I could book an appointment with a GP for the weekend, but the experience was extremely rude. When I first connected, I heard the receptionist talking to someone else, so I said "hello" several times but she ignored me. Then she told me impatiently to wait—almost four minutes passed before she picked up again. After I said hello once more, she deliberately seemed to ignore me, without even asking how I was or offering help. I asked if there were any available appointments on the weekend, and she immediately replied "no," saying that there's only one GP at the clinic on weekends, Dr. Andrew. Is he really the only one? Since he's not coming, no appointments are possible. I don't need to know whether it's because he's absent that we can't book; I just needed to be told there's no GP available on weekends. Why mention the doctor's name specifically? Is this meant to provoke patients into complaining about the GP? But the receptionist's attitude was terrible.

Booked a flu shot for 1:15 pm and arrived at 1:10 pm, only to be told to come back an hour later due to a long queue. Returned at 2:10 pm and still had to wait. By 2:30 pm, we checked again as we had another appointment at 3 pm. The receptionist simply said there were still three patients ahead and that we had to keep waiting. No explanation was given for the delay, and when asked, she said she didn’t know and told us to ask the doctor. This is extremely poor time management and customer service. Booking times clearly mean nothing here, and there is no effort to manage patient expectations. Not suitable for anyone with other commitments. Would not recommend.

Shame on the doctor at this clinic, named YIPING ZEN. You do not even deserve to be called a doctor. I came to the clinic because I was in pain, and I never expected to experience this kind of treatment. Because I did not fully understand her question, she started yelling at me inside her room. I even waited for one hour because I did not have a booking, but that does not give you the right to treat people this way. No patient deserves to be spoken to or treated so disrespectfully. I have been coming to this clinic for my check-ups, and both times I saw this doctor, she was rude and disrespectful to patients. If you are tired or do not want to see patients, it is better to say so rather than show such a rude attitude. I will never book with this doctor again. This was one of the worst experiences I have had, and I felt very uncomfortable and discriminated against during the consultation. I will make sure to report her to the Department of Health in Australia. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially toward a patient who came in pain and needed proper care and respect.
