Update: Monica called me this morning to advise they contacted Medicare and are going to assist with processing a refund - Such a weight off my shoulders. I appreciated the quick follow up. Was in a situation where I was experiencing worrying chest pain but didn't have my Medicare card on me - I thought no big deal. Was advised there would be a charge, asked if I could claim back on Medicare later and they said yes. Turns out not. I appreciate the care I did receive during the experience but the treatment since has been so frustrating. Also heads up, these clinics do not share information between branches.

I was very ill and walked in after I was told no appointments till the following day over the phone. Wendy first slotted me in and as soon as she knew I needed an ECG, got into action and got Dr Yang to see me. Dr was thorough and detailed. She advised me calmly how serious the condition was and requested me to get the immediate hospital care. Many thanks to Wendy and Dr Yang.

Located in Level 1 Westfield Parramatta. Operates on weekdays. Prior booking for doctor consultation on phone. Dr. Grace Kim is very professional and helpful. The staff are friendly. Good experience. For private medical card holders, invoices are provided with medical line item codes.

Dr Grace's combination of professionalism, empathy was so refreshing and comforting for me. She really took the time to thoroughly address my concerns with such clarity and expertise. I felt genuinely heard and understood, as she actively listened to my questions and provided insightful answers. Thank you again to Dr Grace! We love Dr Nam. He really listens to your concerns and helps you out. I don’t mind the wait and if ever he’s not available and I have an appointment, the receptionist calls as early as she can to inform me about the changes. The staff are accomodating to the best of their ability. We’ve been coming here for more than 5 years now. Physiotherapist Dr. Flora is wonderful too. Their nurse is nice as well. Even the lab staff inside the health centre too.
