I had a very disappointing experience this morning. I visited as a walk-in patient around 10 a.m. to see Dr. Chitra. When I arrived, the receptionist assured me I was next in line, there was no one else waiting. However, the doctor called multiple other patients ahead of me. When I asked the receptionist about it, she apologized and said maybe she missed my name, but no further help was offered. After waiting in frustration and seeing others taken first, I left without being seen. I hope Dr Chitra can improve her patient management, because this was really unprofessional.

Had a very good experience at this medical centre today. The service was fast, organised, and everyone was very caring and professional. Dr Baddam was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The receptionist staff were also very kind and helpful throughout the visit. Really appreciated the support and would definitely recommend this clinic.

Tried a Telehealth appointment with a doctor from Paramatta medical centre via HotDoc. The receptionist called me and asked me me to pay $77.85 upfront by sharing my credit card details over the phone. I informed them that I was not comfortable with sharing these details over the like and requested for a payment link / bank transfer details. They added that payment can only be made by sharing credit card details over the phone. Giving them a 2 stars as clearly the team does not understand one bit about cybersecurity and a customer’s right refusing to share card details over the phone. It is high time that they update their payment policies to include secure payment links or online booking systems. As per Australian law, medical clinics cannot force you to share your credit card details.

Dr. Srithan Kumar Baddam was amazing. He was very kind and understanding, especially because my English is not the best. He spoke slowly and clearly, explained what I have, and told me how to take the medication. The service was excellent. It was my first medical appointment in Sydney, and it was a great experience. Highly recommended!
