Not usually one to leave reviews, however, I have to commend both the Bondi Beach and CBD location’s customer service and experience today. I had mistakenly selected a click and collect for the incorrect store (Bondi Beach), intending to select the CBD location. After only realising this mistake the next day, I had urgently called Bondi Beach location to enquire and see if I could change pickup location to CBD. Within 10 minutes, I received an SMS saying my order was ready to collect in CBD, and 5 minutes after this I had the order in my hands, and was greeted by the three friendly staff who went out of their way to help me. Outstanding work, and the jewellery itself is amazing! This was a gift that I really needed for today, and I can’t thank you enough for arranging this for me so quickly. I’m so sorry I didn’t get any staffs names as I was in such a rush, but I really wish I did so I could deliberately shout them out. Thank you infinitely to both locations. Can’t wait to come back! Very disappointed. Don’t rely on express shipping I ordered something and paid for expressed postage on a Thursday for an event on the Sunday. It did not arrive . Its now Monday and I still not have received it.

Really disappointed in the service, I walked in wanting this bracelet, I was standing there for about 10 mins, kept looking at the workers and they would look at me, but they were too busy having a gossip session at the register, wouldn’t even try and help. I just walked out. Really unsatisfied with this company now!!

First time shopping with AOE at their New Bondi J store… and let me tell you, it was absolute DREAM. Everyone was so lovely and patient while I basically tried on the whole store. Emma was especially amazing and was such a hype girl while I tried on piece outside my comfort zone xx❤️💌I don’t think I’ll be buying jewellery anyway else x
