such a lovely store with lovely jewellery… I never go in without at least buying something for myself or a friend! Huge shout out to Brit who helped me find a item I really liked and also a shout out to Jemma and Lexi for just being amazing people and taking their time to get to know me as a customer. I love the arms of Eve because of the fabulous staffs that they have at Bondi Junction. Honestly the best customer service from the sales team I’ve seen so far. The smiles and greetings from the staffs amaze me which makes me feel like I belong there. Bought two bracelets from there and I loved it so much. Amazing job pretty ladies! Keep the vibe & smiles.

Beautiful high quality jewellery but unfortunately I am going to give it a 2/5 star experience as both the sale assistants in the store on Saturday 22nd of March were very rude and did not approach any customers to assist or even greet them. Mind you, there were only 3-5 customers in the store at a time and they were assisting no one. The only time I got a smile and welcome was when I went to purchase my jewellery. Would have gotten more but due to the experience I just left with 1 thing as I didn’t feel that I was welcomed to ask for assistance. This is the second time I’ve been to the store in 1 week and both experiences were the same.

Amazing experience at this store! Big shout out to tyler for helping me wrap up gifts for my mum and sister, you can even write hand made cards! Please come, the jewellery is not only stunning but the people are too! 🥰😭✨🙌💕. THEY ARE ALL STAINLESS STEEL, GOLD PLATED AND ECO COATED ( a thin layer that protects your jewellery from getting tarnished) theres also a one year warranty! You can literally wear it swimming in the ocean! Stress free 😭🥰💕✨🙌❤️😎🌊
