Atlas has a lovely, very individual selection of jewellery for people that want something a little better than standard corporation store fare. What I really love about them though is their quick, seamless and affordable repair work. Over the years they’ve done a bunch of stuff for us. This week it was two silver bracelets that needed work. Fixed and ready in two days.

I got my grandmother’s old ring remade into my wedding ring by Atlas Jewellers, and unfortunately I’d recommend looking elsewhere when it comes to personalised jewellery. The staff were always nice and easy to talk to, however I was disappointed from the beginning. We had agreed that the ring would include an engraving, but after the ring was made I was told they couldn’t fit the text in, Had I known beforehand I would have reduced the amount of text. Then only 18 hours after first putting the ring on at my wedding ceremony one of the diamonds fell out and was lost. These were 80 year old irreplaceable diamonds with huge sentimental value. They did offer to repair it for free, however there was definitely an emphasis placed on how damanged the ring was. I still struggle to understand how this could happen within less than a day of wear, especially for a ring that is meant to last a lifetime. It has now been three months, and 15 out of the 19 diamonds are loose and spinning in their settings. I believe the claws designed for the ring are too small to securely hold the stones. I work an office job, so the ring has not been exposed to rough wear or heavy impact... Not going back h

I had such a wonderful experience working with Michael and the team at Atlas Jewellers Parramatta to design my dream engagement ring. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and genuinely felt looked after - it never felt like a transactional experience. We were able to try on a range of styles and felt really reassured throughout the entire process. Michael went above and beyond to help us stay within our budget while still finding the perfect diamond. They also worked efficiently to create and engrave my fiancé’s band in a short timeframe, which we really appreciated. I am absolutely in love with my ring and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I highly recommend visiting them and will definitely be returning in the future! 😊
