My fiancé and I recently picked up our wedding bands from Novita Diamonds in Parramatta and were supported through the whole process by Isabelle. We came in with a rough idea of what we wanted but were thoughtfully guided through our options over an in-person consultation and left feeling confident in our preferences. Isabelle and the team at Novita were consistently attentive to our questions and accommodated our requests. Isabelle provided excellent customer service, taking the time to explain the quality of the diamonds and metals, as well as the detailed process each piece of jewellery goes through before delivery. Her knowledge and professionalism made me feel confident in my purchase. What stood out most was Isabelle’s dedication to ensuring my ring arrived earlier than expected. Even while she was away when the ring arrived, she made sure I was well looked after and everything went smoothly. That level of care and communication was truly appreciated. I must also add that I was well looked after by Monah when I collected my ring. The Parramatta office has a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, which added to the overall positive experience. We had an amazing experience at Novita Diamonds in Parramatta. From the moment we arrived, Rachana made us feel genuinely welcome and at ease. The showroom is both lovely and intimate. Rachana is knowledgeable, patient, and never once pushy. She took the time to walk us through the different lab-grown diamonds. She cared to know what my likes were and what I didn’t like. From there she showed us options and allowed me to try on various styles. On collection for the ring Mr picked up from Maria who he said was professional, took her time to speak to him regarding all important paperwork, took the time to show engraving of the number on the ring under the microscope. Mr commented on the style of box the ring is presented in with its own light which he found to be very nice. I have been complemented very often on my ring and the price was reasonable for it. We highly recommend Novita Diamonds Parramatta to anyone searching for an engagement ring or any jewellery. Thank you for making the whole experience so special and stress-free!
