I had the most amazing experience at Simon Curwood Jewellery today! I originally went in just to have a look, but the customer service was so exceptional that we ended up purchasing two pairs of diamond earrings and a tennis bracelet. A special thank you to Veronica, who was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and she gave me the best prices I could have hoped for. She made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. She also created such a warm and comfortable atmosphere, while keeping everything fun and light-hearted at the same time. Her positive energy made the whole experience even more memorable. The manager was also fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure I received a great deal. The discounts were amazing, and I genuinely felt valued as a customer. I can honestly say this was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. There is a sublime collection to choose from and the customer service is superb at the Parramatta store. I bought a stunning oval emerald surrounded by diamond halo ring on an 18ct gold band. Emerald is my birthstone and I am over the moon with this purchase. Daria and the team were polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They highlighted the rings unique specifications so I was clear on what I was buying. It needed to be resized and this only took a few days, which was great. I'm thrilled with my ring. I highly recommend Simon Curwood Jewellers. Perfect shopping experience.

10/10 experience in every aspect with Simon Curwood at Parramatta. Throughout the whole process the team at Parramatta listened to exactly what I hoped to have as an engagement ring and matching wedding band and when I returned to get a matching locket for my husband they helped me through every step. Every step, they listened to my feedback and design ideas and I ended up with the most amazing wedding set and a beautiful locket for my husband. I cannot fault a single part of the process and highly recommend them to anyone getting bridal sets or custom jewellery.
