I recently purchased a Tissot Desir watch and had such a lovely experience, thanks to Roua. She was incredibly patient and helpful in guiding me through the different options and helping me choose the perfect watch. She then carefully adjusted the bracelet to fit my wrist and even took the time to fix the clasp and resize the bracelet of another watch I brought with me. Huge thanks to Marina at Gregory Jewellers Parramatta. I’m still a bit surprised at how smoothly everything came together. I had been trying to get this watch for a long time and kept hearing the same thing everywhere. Long waitlists or no availability at all. Somehow, Marina managed to secure it in record time. What really stood out was how she handled the whole process. Clear communication, no overpromising, just getting it done. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in delivering. Easily one of the best retail experiences I’ve had. If you want someone reliable who actually follows through, I highly recommend Marina. 5 stars.
