Shutdown their app and internet banking over Saturday. Didn't send me an email or letter regarding changes to my account so I can't log in now. I'm done with this organisation and going with another bank.

I have been a member for 20 years plus and have always had excellent customer service . Shirley assisted me with changing passwords and helping with document lodging . I have always had excellent customer service from Shirley for many years . Patient and pleasant .

Based on my experience deserves 0 stars, utter rubbish customer service, complete waste of time. I would not recommend to anyone unless you want to find out yourself. Go somewhere else to at least save your time. They do not even understand their own products well.
