Don’t go here! They are useless! The security guard does half the work! Very wrong! Serious issues with this branch that need to be addressed! Head office should investigate!!!

The staff were completely unhelpful and showed no willingness to assist. All they did was tell me to contact St George Bank online myself. It makes me wonder what their role is if they can’t even help customers at the branch.

After having trouble with another bank, my partner and I were referred to Krishna at St George Parramatta and he was absolutely amazing, He helped us get our home loan with no fuss or headaches, he even called and worked outside business hours to suit us. I could not recommend Krishna or St George Bank enough. It was great to have some real customer service again. Definitely would suggest you try here before anywhere else save yourself the stress.

St George customer - Fantastic experience from the customer service team. My whole loan process went like a breeze and kudos to the whole team and special mention to Krishna Raghupathy who has been right there for me for all my basic questions and solving all my hiccups throughout with lot of patience. Highly recommended !!!

Came into the store as no longer a St George customer hoping to resolve an old issue. Staff member that I dealt with was amazing with regards to helping me solve a complex query. She went above and beyond to help me obtain some lost money I had from an old account. Really good stuff from the team and really solid customer service in going above an beyond to solve all issues not just issues from current customers but previous ones too!
