1 star is too many! Zero customer service. Their processes are excruciatingly slow and overly complicated! Staff don't know what they are doing. Ask for the same information over and over again. Sadly this is only place that has what I require so I'm forced to use them! As soon as I can, I will go elsewhere!

I went to the branch to open a new account. The service was great. The staff was very helpful, nice and patient to introduce the business and explained my questions. It was very easy and efficient in completing all the steps.
