My husband and I visited Avan to look at yet another possible caravan for the adventures we wanted to start having…and we were fortunate to meet a great member of their team. Wayne showed us through and patiently answered our MANY questions in a way that helped caravan newbies like us understand with ease. Once we realised that this was indeed the caravan for us, Wayne took us through the purchase process in a way that made us feel very comfortable we’d made the right decision. You could describe Wayne as an “old school salesperson” - by this we mean that he took the time to listen carefully to us and ask questions to really understand what we needed - he never tried to push, hurry, or oversell and he shared his obvious deep product knowledge and experience thoughtfully. This made the whole experience enjoyable, not at all stressful as it could have been with such a significant first time purchase! We collected our Avan Applause 600-2 this week from Avan Sydney. From day 1, with first meeting with Wayne and over a week agreeing the contract and then followed up by Lisa who helped with getting a better insurance deal and Paris who was so efficient with all the document details. This was followed by an excellent, very informative hand over from Josh, who was very patient and always happy to provide more information and repeat something if we asked for it. Everyone was very friendly, with good customer service always apparent from everyone. A real pleasure to deal with them all. Thank you all for a great experience and we really recommend going to see them if you are looking for a camper van, mobile home or caravan.

The parts team members Kyle and Zane are fantastic, if you need assistance with anything to do with your Caravan parts ask for these two gentlemen. They are considerate, attentive and professional. We had an issue with our caravan vendor and these guys resolved the matter in an acceptable amount of time that saved us any further delays. We now have our new part heading over to our caravan vendor for installation in a timely manner. Thank you Gents, keep up the good work.
