So far, our experience with Jayco has been really good. The van was presented in excellent condition at handover, with no cosmetic issues that we’ve noticed yet everything looked clean, well-finished, and ready to go. Can’t wait to start our adventure. The layout is practical and comfortable, making it easy to use for trips and everyday setup. It feels like great value for money, especially compared to more expensive brands.. Everything has worked as expected so far, and the overall quality has been solid. It’s clear Jayco focuses on making caravans that are user-friendly and suitable for a wide range of travellers. Overall, we’re really happy with it and would definitely recommend Jayco to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable caravan. Especially the team at st Marys office. Shout out to Thomas, Naomi, Maria, Theresa , Rod ( who did our handover) and of course Amanda. They all did their part to make us satisfied.

If you have warranty issues, go somewhere else. It took the team six months for the parts to arrive. They ended up creating more issues than they were meant to be resolving. I am taking the caravan somewhere else to resolve the issues this team has created.

We recently purchased a camper trailer from Jayco Sydney. A massive thank you to Aaron - highly recommend going in and speaking to him if you’re looking at purchasing. He was amazingly helpful and honest, especially for a salesman’s (haha no offence to sales people) it was nice to see someone who was genuine and not just looking for another sale. Rod done our handover and wow - what an experience! He was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips and tricks! We’ve previously owned a camper from brand new and have never had such a detailed handover before, the difference was above and beyond - thank you Rod! Also big shoutout to Naomi & Thomas for completing our paperwork and for the laughs! You guys were amazing - definitely made our afternoon! Overall start to finish, best experience with Jayco Sydney! Highly recommend!!

Really good service from the time we walked in the door. Not overly pushy but very informative as to all the options and the best way to get what you needed. We have been back to get a couple of things repaired under warranty and the process was very smooth and simple. Great communication
