The teams unprofessional ever since my husband and I brought a caravan had nothing but problem. Callum is rude and unprofessional and genuinely very hard to deal with including Callum who’s been rude to us everytime

My wife and I, Purchased a brand new Olympic Marathon caravan through RV Connection. Van was collected late December 2025 (value just shy of $90k). Within weeks I had an independent leak test carried out by Leak Tight RV. This test identified 18 areas of potential water ingress, supported by photographic evidence. I raised this issue/concern via email in January and despite repeated follow-ups, the matter has now been ongoing for over 11 weeks with no clear resolution or answer. Communication has been slow and largely reactive, and I am still waiting on a definitive outcome. For a purchase of this size, I believe it is reasonable to expect a product of acceptable quality and a proactive approach from the dealer in addressing legitimate concerns with a brand new caravan.

Thank you to the team at RV Connections St Marys. It is so rewarding to find a team of professional, polite and knowledgeable people who go out of their way to make their customers feel supported and respected. You did a great job fixing the wind up cable of the camper van which we know is a tedious task, but you assured us you could do the job, and you did so with such a positive attitude!! Fantastic communication from the office as well. Highly recommend this business.

We recently purchased our Franklin core from the team at St marys. We could not be happier with the service from these guys. Kate was so abliging and such a gem. Mike is always there to answer a call for whatever the reason. We are so impressed because this doesn't normally happen. Thanks guys. We can travel with relaxed minds knowing you are there 😉
