About Balance In Motion Physiotherapy Bondi

The Bondi Physio clinic is our heart and soul our baby and where Balance in Motion all began. We all lived or still live in Bondi and we soon realised that there wasn’t a Physio close by that could help and treat all our close friends, relatives and anyone in the Bondi community. Taking over what used to be the Bondi curtain shop back in the day, we set up our clinic and Balance in Motion was born.

All our Bondi Physiotherapy rooms are private and large and there are no curtains for the world to hear your issues. We believe privacy helps people really open up. This helps us help you really solve your problem.

I couldn’t recommend Jess from BIM highly enough. She was fantastic throughout my recovery from a knee subluxation, quickly identifying the areas that needed the most attention and creating a clear plan to help me progress. We had weekly to bi-weekly sessions, and it was really encouraging to see the improvement between each appointment. Jess was always friendly, knowledgeable, and has given me the tools and confidence I needed to continue strengthening my knee independently.

I was referred to Balance in Motion (Bondi location) after having a meniscus surgery and attended physiotherapy with Jess Ross for two months. Jess was a great listener and built appropriate exercise programs for me that brought me back to full use. In the end, she produced a robust report that described my progress so I could go over it with my surgeon at our three month check up. Would definitely recommend this physio for folks who want a comprehensive rehab with clear explanations and thorough follow up. Thanks Jess and team!

Went to BIM with an issue with my lower back. Jess was able to identify the issue quite quickly, gave me a series of exercises, checked in and switched or progressed the exercises over my time seeing her. Now I’m back to normal and can lift heavier weights than before going there, without any pain or twinges - she’s great!

Had an incredible experience with Jess at Balance in Motion, Bondi. Really knowledgable she helped me understand the issue with my ankle and got me on the road to recovery. Extremely friendly and funny too so I always looked forward to our sessions. Would highly recommend

Jess has been an amazing physio throughout my recovery from an ankle sprain when I was in Peru. From the beginning she has been attentive and thorough, taking the time to explain each stage of the process and providing exercises that were both clear and effective! Her combination of knowledge, care and practical guidance has made a real difference to my recovery, helping me rebuild strength and confidence step by step. I would highly recommend Jess to anyone seeking dedicated and professional support in their rehab! 😊
