Lon REALLY knows her stuff! We first met at pilates class she was teaching and since has helped me w lymphatic drainage as well as with knee and shoulder pain. She is a great physio - she always has lots of recommendations and follow-up suggestions. Highly recommend.

I have had both remedial massage and lymphatic with Lon and highly recommend. The remedial massage, Lon had a great technique and I felt very calm and well rested. She is very considered and we had a full consultation first to understand my focus areas. Her lymphatic therapy was amazing, a friend immediately noticed the results in me visually. I felt much less puffy, tired and this was the best one I have had in the area for some time. Thank you Lon!!

I have been seeing Lon for Physio and Pilates since my hip replacement surgery 10 weeks ago. Through her guidance, the improvement in my strength, mobility and confidence in my body has been truly remarkable.I would also recommend her lymphatic massage as this was great for detoxing after surgery and very invigorating. I felt energised and my sleep improved. I highly recommend Lon, she is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. My recovery would not be the same without her.
