Ivan the sports physio gave me exercises to help train for hiking up Mt. Fuji in Japan. Previously I was experiencing leg pains during my training hikes and runs. From following Ivan’s regime I was able to hike and up down Mt Fuji with no pain at all. My legs now have stamina and strength and I now have a renewed outlook on big hikes.

I am so happy that Lisa and Albert are just around the corner. I always feel confident that when i leave I'm going to be in a better place then when i arrived. Having their knowledge of the body and the years of experience, really shows in the treatments they recommend for your injury, See you soon, but not too soon

I have been here numerous times for ailments and issues over the years and I have been amazed at the knowledge and expertise of all the physio therapists on staff here. Albert is particularly fantastic and has recently put me on the path to manage osteoarthritic pain in my hips after decades of joint jarring sports destroying my cartilage to the point where my hips are bone on bone and now require hip replacements and resurfacing. After 60 seconds of some basic exercises that I can practise at home, I felt 21 again just walking around and can manage the pain well until my surgery date comes around. I highly recommend this physio clinic for sports and other related injuries. Thanks Albert and team.

I’ve been to Bondi Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre three times now, each time with a different injury and treated by a different physio — and every experience has been excellent. All the practitioners I’ve seen have been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me recover. What I really appreciate is that they never try to push unnecessary treatments or follow-up appointments — it’s clear they care more about getting you back to 100% than anything else. Highly recommend this place and physio Ivan Liang for anyone in the Bondi area! After rupturing my ATFL playing sport, Ivan quickly diagnosed my injury and referred me to an MRI. The treatment plan was excellent - after just two weeks of following his advice and being diligent with my exercises, I've returned to work on full duties. What sets this practice apart is their expert opinion and personalized care. They're not just another "get you in and get you out" kind of place, even the receptionist loves a chat.
