I brought my son into Barber Industries QVB for a haircut, and we had such a great experience. He has curly hair and wanted a nice, clean fade, which can sometimes be tricky, but Samer absolutely delivered. Samer took the time to really listen to what my son wanted and made sure he felt comfortable throughout the whole process. His communication was excellent, he explained what he was doing and checked in to make sure my son was happy every step of the way. The end result was exactly what my son was hoping for, and I was very satisfied with both the service and the care Samer showed. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I had an excellent experience at Barber Industries QVB, especially as someone with curly hair and a full beard. It can be hard to find a barber who really understands how to work with curls, but Omar clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to assess my hair type, listened carefully to how I usually style it, and gave me a cut that enhanced the natural shape and volume of my curls without making it look uneven or bulky. The beard work was just as impressive. Instead of rushing through it, Omar carefully shaped and blended my beard to suit my face, paying close attention to symmetry and detail. The line-up was sharp, clean, and precise, and he used proper techniques and products to keep everything looking neat but still natural. What stood out most was the attention to detail and patience – he didn’t treat my hair like a standard cut. He worked methodically, making sure both my curls and beard complemented each other perfectly. The whole experience felt professional and tailored, and I walked out feeling fresh, confident, and genuinely impressed. The experience was good overall. The guy who provided the service, Leo, was professional and struck the right balance in conversation—friendly but not too chatty, which is great since you don’t really want to talk much while getting a haircut. He handled everything very professionally. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that I had originally scheduled a booking for 7:30 PM on Wednesday, but when I arrived they mentioned that only one staff member was working and asked me to reschedule. They did help me move the appointment to the next day, which I appreciated, but it would be great if the website reflected staff availability more accurately to avoid this situation. Overall, the service is good. It’s a bit pricey, but for a place in the city, I think it’s reasonable.

Had my booking today on 5 March 2026 at 11:50 AM, and the team at Barber Industries QVB looked after me perfectly. They gave me water and coffee while I waited, and even wished me a happy and lucky date, which was a nice touch. Every time I book with a different barber here, I get a new experience that’s just as good, clean fades, friendly service, smooth booking, great music, and a solid atmosphere. Easily the most consistent barbershop in the CBD.

Really good experience. The barbers were really nice and respectful. Haircut came out clean and exactly how I wanted it. Also great shop, it looks very good
