Beaches Pelvic Physio (in Manly, North Curl Curl and Mona Vale) is your place to seek help for both more "traditional" pelvic problems such as pelvic girdle pain (from the pubic symphysis, sacroiliac joints, low back, hips or groin) and for internal issues such as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, internal pelvic pain and pregnancy related problems. We treat all issues related to pregnancy (such as abdominal separation) and lower limb problems related to biomechanics, technique faults and motor control issues - especially those that aren't responding to standard treatment. We are an inclusive, trauma-informed practice where everyone is welcome: male, female, young and old, regardless of gender, sexuality or culture.

I see Felicity at MGS North Curl Curl & couldn’t recommend her enough. She’s the loveliest practitioner who takes the time to really understand what’s going on then provides useful recommendations, exercises & encouragement. She’s a wealth of knowledge & makes you feel very comfortable. Michelle at reception is always so lovely too.

I can not recommend Jenni more highly. Having seen another women’s health practitioner prior for the better part of a year my only regret is not seeing her earlier. Very knowledge, wonderful bedside manner and practical with her approach. Without a doubt one of if not the best women’s health physio in Sydney.

Jenni and Felicity are both extremely caring professionals, great listeners, knowledgeable, funny and humble. I really appreciate the help and encouragement Jenni gave me and I'm feeling a lot better thanks to her expertise.I wouldn't go anywhere else for pelvic floor and women's health related physiotherapy.

All the ladies at BPP are fabulous. They make you feel so comfortable and are very thorough with all treatments. I’ve suffered with recurring mastitis and they will go out of their way to squeeze me in for treatment. Highly recommend!
